المعلومات التي قد نجمعهاInformation we may collect

قد نتلقى بيانات الاتصال والمعلومات التي تختار إرسالها عند التواصل معنا هاتفيًا أو بالبريد الإلكتروني أو عبر واتساب، مثل الاسم وبيانات المنشأة ومعلومات الشحنة والخدمة المطلوبة. كما قد تسجل خوادم الاستضافة بيانات تقنية أساسية، مثل عنوان IP ونوع المتصفح ووقت الزيارة، لأغراض التشغيل والأمان. We may receive contact details and information you choose to send by phone, email or WhatsApp, such as your name, business details, shipment information and requested service. Our hosting servers may also record basic technical data, such as IP address, browser type and visit time, for operation and security.

يحفظ الموقع اختيار اللغة في مساحة التخزين المحلية بمتصفحك لتذكر تفضيلك. لا نستخدم في الموقع حاليًا ملفات تعريف ارتباط إعلانية أو أدوات تتبع تسويقية. وقد تحتفظ خوادم الاستضافة بسجلات تقنية ضرورية للأمان والتشغيل. The website stores your language choice in your browser’s local storage so it can remember your preference. We do not currently use advertising cookies or marketing trackers on this website. Hosting servers may retain technical logs needed for security and operation.

لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية. قد نشارك المعلومات بالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة مع الناقلين أو الشركاء ومقدمي الخدمات المساندة، أو عندما يقتضي النظام ذلك أو لحماية الحقوق والسلامة. ونطلب من مقدمي الخدمات التعامل مع المعلومات بما يتناسب مع الغرض منها. We do not sell personal information. We expect service providers to handle information appropriately for that purpose.
