مسؤوليات طالب الخدمةCustomer responsibilities
عند طلب عرض أو خدمة، تلتزم بتقديم معلومات صحيحة وكاملة عن الشحنة ومتطلباتها، وبأن تكون مخولًا بطلب نقلها. كما تقع عليك مسؤولية الإفصاح عن طبيعة البضائع، وتجهيز المستندات والتغليف والتصاريح اللازمة، وعدم إرسال مواد محظورة أو خطرة دون الإفصاح والموافقات المطلوبة. When requesting a quotation or service, you must provide accurate and complete information about the shipment and its requirements and be authorised to arrange its transport. You are responsible for declaring the nature of the goods, preparing required documents, packaging and permits, and not tendering prohibited or dangerous goods without disclosure and required approvals.
عروض الأسعار وتنفيذ الطلباتQuotations and fulfilment
تخضع عروض الأسعار لمدة صلاحيتها وشروطها الموضحة فيها، وقد تتغير عند اختلاف بيانات الشحنة أو مسارها أو متطلباتها. تُحدد مسؤوليات الأطراف والرسوم ومواعيد التنفيذ والتعويضات، إن وجدت، في العرض المقبول أو العقد أو مستند النقل المعتمد، لا في هذا الموقع. Quotations are subject to their stated validity and conditions and may change if shipment details, route or requirements differ. The parties’ responsibilities, charges, timelines and any applicable remedies are set out in the accepted quotation, contract or transport document, not on this website.
